About the Hair

Is Élevé hair raw or processed? Our hair is raw and some is Virgin. It comes exactly as it grew, with no chemical treatments used to fake or force a curl pattern. That means the texture is real and holds up over time.

Where is the hair sourced from? Our Burmese Curly texture is sourced directly from Burma. Every batch is personally tested by our founder before it's added to the shop. We will soon be adding more textures and curly styles.

Will the curl pattern loosen or fall out over time? Raw hair holds its natural pattern far longer than processed hair. With proper care (see our wash routine below), your curl pattern will stay defined wash after wash.

Can I color or heat style it? Yes. Because it's raw and unprocessed, it responds to heat and color much like your own natural hair. We always recommend a strand test first and using heat protectant.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed and shipped daily. Please give 48 hours to be sent a tracking number. Shipping is usually 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally? yes for a extra fee

Can I track my order? Yes, you'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Payments

Do you offer payment plans? Yes — we offer Buy Now, Pay Later through Sezzle, so you can split your order into smaller payments at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit/debit cards

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy? Due to the nature of hair extensions, we accept exchanges on unopened, unused bundles within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out before initiating a return.

What if I received the wrong item or a defective bundle? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Care & Maintenance

How do I wash my Élevé bundles? Washing with a moisturizing shampoo and deep conditioner is definitely recommended.

How long will my bundles last with proper care? With proper care, raw hair can last 3-4+ years, our virgin hair 1-2 Years with proper care.
